How to Give

Giving to Calhoun through the Calhoun College Foundation is an easy and amazing way to support your community. Established in 1975, the Foundation, a qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, accepts gifts of cash, securities, property, and materials on behalf of the College. These charitable contributions enable the Foundation to provide vital support for scholarships, professional development, curriculum improvement, campus beautification, and the overall promotion of Calhoun Community College.

Make a Stock Gift

To gift stock, follow the instructions below or contact Johnette Davis: 256-412-4088 or  johnette.davis@calhoun.edu.

  • Contact the broker who holds your stock to let him/her know:
  • Amount of stock you wish to give
  • The date you wish to give the stock
  • Provide your broker with the following information:

  • Once you have made arrangements for your gift, please notify the Calhoun Foundation Office of the impending transaction. Please also let us know if your gift is designated for a particular program or is given in honor/memory of someone.

Support Athletics

At Calhoun, we believe Athletics contributes to education. Calhoun’s Athletic Department believes the playing area acts as a laboratory of life and encourages participation for the fullest development of each individual’s maximum potential.
